For almost two decades The Bullrock Corporation was a leader in the senior living marketplace. A locally owned construction and adult living management company, Bullrock owned and operated The Lodge at Shelburne Bay, The Shores Assisted Living both in Shelburne, VT, as well as The Lodge at Otter Creek in Middlebury, VT among other properties. Bullrock also had sister communities in Virginia and Canada. In 2014 Bullrock sold its senior portfolio to LCB Senior Living.
Most recently, Bullrock has announced that it has partnered with Deutsche Eco USA to form a new company Bullrock Deutsche-Eco Solar. This new company will be offering an integrated approach to locating potential solar sites. In addition the company will be providing land owners total systems solutions, and providing power companies an easier fully integrated solution to the development, RFP and EPC process. Bullrock Deutsche-Eco Solar combines the construction and development experience of Bullrock with the global resources of Deutsche Eco USA.
The new company has already completed numerous solar fields in and around New England. For example, Bullrock Deutsche-Eco Solar just completed the installation of a new solar carport for the JCC of Greater New Haven located in Woodbridge, CT. The 850 kilowatt solar field is the largest solar carport of its kind in New England. The solar carport consists of 5 canopies that cover 52,000 sq. ft. of parking.
Bullrock Deutsche-Eco Solar is poised to become a leader in the solar marketplace and have a major impact on the environment and the business community.
