The Lodge at Shelburne Bay
The Lodge at Shelburne Bay in Shelburne, Vermont (www.shelburnebay.com) is a 115 unit senior community offering independent living, assisted living and memory care in Shelburne, Vermont. Since its opening in 1999 the community has expanded twice; originally offering 65 independent units the community now boasts 15 memory care units and 27 residential care apartments. A 75 unit assisted living facility will be added in the spring of 2010.

Bananas University is a 21,000 SF free space building. It houses health care, a restaurant, and a child indoor play discovery zone. Bullrock solved the parking dilema and built a heated underground parking garage into the sloping site.

The Field House, Shelburne, VT
Community outreach and giving back to the community is a theme of the Bullrock Corporation. No greater example of that is the Field House and outdoor fields in Shelburne, Vermont. The 80,000’ athletic facility with indoor fields and state of the art gym overlooks the athletic fields and baseball diamonds built for the communities of Chittenden and Addison Counties. The face of recreation, health and fitness has been forever changed by this facility graciously offered to Northern Vermont. The free span building hosting the activities has been a recipient of engineering awards and accolades from throughout the design community since its opening in 2006.
