Gregg has been in Real Estate development, syndication, finance and operations for a quarter of a century. Since 1984, Gregg has focused on being a construction manager, entrepreneur, and real estate developer in the New York area and northern New England.  His experience as a construction manager for large regional development firms and as an Owner/Developer has included luxury residential condominiums, retail showrooms, affordable housing, distribution facilities, Co-op and condominium conversion and renovations, hotel conversions, franchise business development health care and senior living communities.

Frederick Ames
Controller

Fred has been with Bullrock in his current capacity for over a decade. Fred has been the comptroller and CFO for public utility companies, movie and video production companies and wholesale distribution companies.

Phil Lassalle
VP-Public Relations, Advertising & Marketing

Phil has been involved in advertising and marketing for almost 30 years. His experience includes stints in Account Management and as Creative Director at some of the world’s most prestigious ad agencies and also as President and Founder of Lassalle Advertising in Baltimore, MD and Manchester, VT.  Phil is responsible for all facets of public relations, advertising and marketing.

Andrew Thomas

Andrew came to Bullrock in 2006 and has worn many hats since that time. As a VP in the development side, Andy is responsible for new construction and acquisition.
