Apollo and Bullrock Energy Ventures announced a $220 million joint venture partnership to develop community solar in New York and New England, with $100 million dedicated to Bullrock's 500 MW renewable energy pipeline.
The joint venture will own most of the portfolio for Bullrock Energy Ventures and put $100 million of Apollo's investment toward building Bullrock's planned projects.
